By attending any event hosted by Jørgen Østrem Sevild, you agree to the guidelines set forth below. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund or further participation in future events.

- All participants are expected to foster a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and able to contribute.
2. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to engage in a professional manner during the event, whether in-person or online. This includes being on time, prepared, and actively participating when appropriate.
- Be punctual and adhere to the schedule of the event. If you need to leave early, please do so discreetly to avoid disrupting others.
- Engage constructively with the material and other participants. Ask thoughtful questions, offer insights, and remain open to learning from others.
- Keep discussions relevant to the topics being covered. Off-topic or unrelated conversations may detract from the learning experience.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of fellow participants and any proprietary information shared during the event.
- Do not share personal or business information about other participants without their explicit consent.
- Any proprietary or confidential information shared during the event should not be disclosed or discussed outside the workshop or event unless explicitly authorized.
- Recording or photographing the event is prohibited without prior written consent from [Your Name/Company Name] and other participants involved.
4. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
- Offensive verbal comments related to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance.
- Unwelcome advances, either verbal or physical.
- Threatening, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior.
- Disruptive behavior or actions that interfere with the event's agenda or other participants' ability to learn.
If you witness or experience harassment, please report it immediately to Jørgen Østrem Sevild at legal@sevild.com. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
5. Participation in Virtual Events
For virtual workshops and webinars, additional guidelines apply to ensure a professional and engaging experience for all participants:
- Mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid background noise.
- Use your camera if possible to foster a sense of connection and engagement with the group.
- Respect the chat function: Use it for relevant questions or comments, not off-topic conversations.
- Do not disrupt the flow of the event by interrupting presenters or other participants.
6. Adherence to Workshop Guidelines
To ensure a productive and focused environment, participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by the event facilitators. This may include specific participation guidelines, pre-event preparation, or event-specific rules.
- Complete any pre-event assignments or reading materials if requested.
- Be mindful of any time limits or restrictions set for questions, discussions, or breakout sessions.
- Actively engage with the workshop material to maximize the benefit of the session for yourself and other participants.
7. Consequences of Violations
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Verbal or written warning from the event organizer or facilitator.
- Removal from the event without a refund.
- Exclusion from future events organised by Jørgen Østrem Sevild.
- Reporting to the appropriate authorities in cases of serious misconduct.
8. Reporting Concerns
If you feel that someone is violating this Code of Conduct or have any concerns about the behaviour of other participants, please report the incident to the event organiser immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and confidentially.
